Dress Code
FireHorse Saloon Dress Code Guidelines At FireHorse Saloon, we aim to provide a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all our guests. To maintain this standard, we have established the following dress code:
- Prohibited Attire:
- Clothing with offensive graphics, language, or imagery.
- Torn, dirty, or excessively distressed clothing.
- Sagging pants or any pants worn below the waist.
- Athletic wear, including sweatpants, gym shorts, or workout clothing.
- Pajamas or sleepwear.
- Tank tops, sleeveless shirts, or plain white undershirts (Men).
- Flip-flops, backless sandals, or open-toe shoes (Men).
- Excessively ripped jeans or jeans with large holes.
- Beanies, bandanas, durags, or watch caps. Baseball caps must be worn with the bill facing forward.
- Sports jerseys without an undershirt.
- Clothing associated with gang affiliations, such as colors, insignias, or paraphernalia.
- Weapons, including but not limited to guns, knives, multi-tools, and box cutters.
- Professional filming equipment without prior approval.
- Permitted Attire:
- Smart casual wear, jeans, and clean footwear.
- Attire that complements a fun and energetic nightlife experience.
- Men’s shorts should be golf-style or equivalent.
- Special Event Attire:
- Certain events may have specific dress requirements, which will be communicated in advance.
Please note: FireHorse Saloon reserves the right to deny entry to individuals whose attire does not align with these guidelines.
Policies
Guest Policies for a Safe and Enjoyable Experience We’re dedicated to ensuring every guest at FireHorse Saloon has a memorable and enjoyable experience. Please familiarize yourself with our key policies:
Age Restrictions
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Alcohol Service
- Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 21 and above.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately.
- Please drink responsibly; our staff can assist with arranging transportation if needed.
Conduct
- Disruptive, offensive, or harassing behavior is not tolerated.
- Acts of violence or discrimination are strictly prohibited.
- We expect all guests to treat fellow patrons and staff with respect.
Entry and Security
- For security purposes, guests will be subject to bag checks and metal detector wanding upon entry.
- Re-entry is permitted at management’s discretion.
Prohibited Items
- Outside food or beverages, illegal substances, and weapons are not allowed on the premises.
- Any items deemed inappropriate by management may be confiscated.
Photography and Media
- Personal photography is welcome and highly encouraged; however, professional equipment requires prior approval.
- By entering, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Smoking Policy
- FireHorse Saloon is a smoke-free venue. Smoking, including the use of cigarettes, cigars, and other traditional tobacco products, is not permitted inside the premises.
- A designated outdoor smoking area is available for guests.
- Vaping is permitted in the outdoor smoking area only and is not allowed inside the venue.
Unclosed Tabs
- Unclosed tabs left at the end of the night will be automatically charged a 20% gratuity in addition to the balance owed.
Intoxication Policy
- Guests showing signs of visible intoxication upon arrival will not be permitted entry.
- Management reserves the right to remove any guest who becomes visibly intoxicated or over-served while on the premises.
- Guests appearing to be unable to walk or leave under their own power will be approached by staff to ensure their safety. Transportation assistance, such as ride-sharing or calling a taxi, will be offered to prevent unsafe situations.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual to uphold the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
